Boston Police are searching for a suspect after a student was stabbed at a high school on Monday, Sept 12, authorities said.
Police got the call about the stabbing at Jeremiah E. Burke High School in Dorchester around 11:01 a.m., Boston Police told Daily Voice.
Boston EMS arrived on scene treated the 18-year-old student for non-life-threatening injuries. Police are unsure what the student was stabbed with.
The stabbing suspect then fled the scene and officers are actively investigating, police said. They believe the suspect and the victim may be known to each other.
